Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Service Desk Specialist - Office Productivity Services in the USA.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive support in IT service onboarding projects, strategic requirements, and service improvements, with a focus on Microsoft Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS)
  • Contribute to integration, scope, time, cost, communications, risk, and stakeholder management activities
  • Efficiently manage tasks through project lifecycle phases and achieve organizational goals in office productivity services related to Microsoft technologies
Required Qualifications:
  • Current Microsoft 365 Certified Fundamentals or 3+ years' experience supporting Microsoft products including Outlook, O365, and SharePoint
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Prefer experience working at US Courts
  • ITILv4, ServiceNow, and/or relevant Microsoft certification(s) and/or training desired
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
