Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Service Desk Technician in the Compliance/Security sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first level support to corporate users via phone and email, escalating issues as needed
  • Ensure efficient servicing of support tickets and maintain response time SLAs
  • Assist in resolving hardware and software problems, managing file transfer platforms, and maintaining IT assets

Qualifications:
  • Associates degree or equivalent in computer science or related field
  • 1-2 years of IT desktop support experience with network and MS Windows knowledge
  • Strong understanding of network cabling, PC's, laptops, email, Active Directory, and network protocols
  • Experience with Office 365 administration and Microsoft Active Directory/Azure Active Directory
  • Familiarity with LAN/WAN/WLAN networking, modern device management, and SSO/Identity Provider management
