Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Service Desk Technician in Canada.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Triage, troubleshoot, resolve, and escalate service desk requests
  • Manage accounts, access lifecycle, asset, and license management
  • Maintain internal knowledge base, playbooks, and monitor automation workflows

Required Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of IT support and service delivery experience
  • Experience with asset management, procurement, and SaaS administration
  • Mac OS and MDM experience, along with managing SaaS apps
  • Awareness of no-code automation platforms
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
