Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Service Desk Professional I.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide over-the-phone IT technical support for desktop applications, network troubleshooting, and clinical application support
  • Utilize IT tools to diagnose and resolve computer-related issues while ensuring maximum customer service
  • Log and document troubleshooting steps and solutions in accordance with knowledgebase practices
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of a High School diploma / GED and one year certification from college or technical school or at least 1 year of customer service experience
  • Knowledge of computer, printer, and network troubleshooting and installation procedures
  • Demonstrated ability to diagnose and troubleshoot Microsoft products
  • Ability to work evening, weekend, and holiday coverage as needed
