Job Summary
A company is looking for a Service Desk Tech to provide customer support for IT-related issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service to internal employees
- Process support request tickets and meet target SLA's
- Assist in managing and tracking digital assets and user accounts
Required Qualifications:
- Relevant associate degree or 2+ years' experience in a related field
- Ability to pass a Level 2 Background Screening
- Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task
- Basic understanding of Windows Operating systems and TCP/IP addressing
- Passion for customer service and problem solving
