Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Desk Tech to provide customer support for IT-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service to internal employees
  • Process support request tickets and meet target SLA's
  • Assist in managing and tracking digital assets and user accounts
Required Qualifications:
  • Relevant associate degree or 2+ years' experience in a related field
  • Ability to pass a Level 2 Background Screening
  • Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task
  • Basic understanding of Windows Operating systems and TCP/IP addressing
  • Passion for customer service and problem solving
