Job Summary
A company is looking for an IT Service Desk Technician to provide internal 1st line IT support for staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and provide level 1 support within the global service desk ticketing system
- Triage tickets to the appropriate teams or designated technicians
- Follow up on tickets to ensure issues are resolved
