Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Desk Tech Level 2.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service to internal employees
  • Process support request tickets and meet target SLA's within the service desk
  • Assist in managing and tracking digital assets and user accounts across various systems
Required Qualifications
  • Relevant associate degree or 2+ years' experience in a related field
  • Ability to pass a Level 2 Background Screening
  • Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task
  • Strong understanding of Windows Operating systems and standard O365 applications
  • Basic network troubleshooting skills and understanding of TCP/IP addressing
