Job Summary
A company is looking for a Service Desk Tech Level 2.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to internal employees
- Process support request tickets and meet target SLA's within the service desk
- Assist in managing and tracking digital assets and user accounts across various systems
Required Qualifications
- Relevant associate degree or 2+ years' experience in a related field
- Ability to pass a Level 2 Background Screening
- Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task
- Strong understanding of Windows Operating systems and standard O365 applications
- Basic network troubleshooting skills and understanding of TCP/IP addressing
