Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and applications
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic to moderately complex technical issues
- Document troubleshooting steps and collaborate with senior IT teams for escalations
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in IT support or technical troubleshooting roles
- Solid understanding of Windows and MacOS operating systems and MS Office applications
- Familiarity with user account management and basic networking concepts
- Ability to follow defined procedures and recognize when to escalate issues
- Willingness to learn and collaborate with a diverse technical team
