Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global IT Service Desk Technician.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide remote technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and applications
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic to moderately complex technical issues
  • Document troubleshooting steps and collaborate with senior IT teams for escalations
Required Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience in IT support or technical troubleshooting roles
  • Solid understanding of Windows and MacOS operating systems and MS Office applications
  • Familiarity with user account management and basic networking concepts
  • Ability to follow defined procedures and recognize when to escalate issues
  • Willingness to learn and collaborate with a diverse technical team
