Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Service Management Analyst (On-Call Rotation Required).

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary Major Incident Manager during on-call rotations, leading responses to high-impact service disruptions
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and deliver executive-level communications during active incidents
  • Support Change and Problem Management processes, including Root Cause Analysis and Business Continuity planning
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in technology or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 1+ year of experience in IT, Support, Customer Service, or Analytics
  • Experience in facilitating meetings and coordinating cross-functional teams is preferred
