Job Summary
A company is looking for an IT Service Management Analyst (On-Call Rotation Required).
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary Major Incident Manager during on-call rotations, leading responses to high-impact service disruptions
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and deliver executive-level communications during active incidents
- Support Change and Problem Management processes, including Root Cause Analysis and Business Continuity planning
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in technology or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 1+ year of experience in IT, Support, Customer Service, or Analytics
- Experience in facilitating meetings and coordinating cross-functional teams is preferred
