Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Administer ITSM processes and coordinate major incident responses
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes
- Generate reports on process performance and provide training to IT staff
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT service management
- Experience managing major IT incidents
- ITIL Foundations certification or training preferred
- Strong technical understanding of incident response in cloud environments
