Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer ITSM processes and coordinate major incident responses
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes
  • Generate reports on process performance and provide training to IT staff
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT service management
  • Experience managing major IT incidents
  • ITIL Foundations certification or training preferred
  • Strong technical understanding of incident response in cloud environments
