Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Service Management Lead who will oversee the implementation and improvement of IT service management processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of IT service management processes in alignment with ITIL best practices
  • Oversee a team managing incident, problem, and service request management for effective IT service delivery
  • Monitor service delivery performance metrics and drive initiatives to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • ITIL v3 or ITIL 4 Foundation Certification
  • ITIL Intermediate/Expert Certification preferred
  • Experience in managing IT service delivery and process improvements
  • Ability to lead and mentor ITSM team members
