Job Summary
A company is looking for an IT Service Management Lead who will oversee the implementation and improvement of IT service management processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of IT service management processes in alignment with ITIL best practices
- Oversee a team managing incident, problem, and service request management for effective IT service delivery
- Monitor service delivery performance metrics and drive initiatives to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- ITIL v3 or ITIL 4 Foundation Certification
- ITIL Intermediate/Expert Certification preferred
- Experience in managing IT service delivery and process improvements
- Ability to lead and mentor ITSM team members
