Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of IT Service Management & Operations to oversee the delivery and support of operational IT services across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement IT service management and operation strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Monitor service performance metrics and oversee incident management to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Manage the ServiceNow platform, including its configuration, customization, and maintenance


Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with an emphasis in Information Technology, or equivalent experience
  • 2 or more years of experience in a leadership role
  • Deep understanding of the ITIL Service Lifecycle model and best practices
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in workforce management, including staffing and team development
