Job Summary
Managing IT Service Management practices, the full-time hybrid IT Service Management Manager will oversee a team responsible for implementing and coordinating ITSM processes that enhance service delivery for internal and external users.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and management of various ITSM practices, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Level Management
- Collaborate with IT and business personnel to align ITSM goals with organizational objectives
- Ensure effective measurement and reporting of ITSM performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in IT Service Management practices and methodologies
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams in a technology environment
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments to achieve business goals
- Familiarity with ITSM tools and software
- Reside within a 70-mile radius of specified office locations
