Job Summary

Managing IT Service Management practices, the full-time hybrid IT Service Management Manager will oversee a team responsible for implementing and coordinating ITSM processes that enhance service delivery for internal and external users.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation and management of various ITSM practices, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Level Management
  • Collaborate with IT and business personnel to align ITSM goals with organizational objectives
  • Ensure effective measurement and reporting of ITSM performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
Required qualifications
  • Proven experience in IT Service Management practices and methodologies
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams in a technology environment
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments to achieve business goals
  • Familiarity with ITSM tools and software
  • Reside within a 70-mile radius of specified office locations
