Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, IT Service Management (REMOTE).

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead implementation and optimization of ServiceNow, ensuring alignment with business goals and data-driven adoption
  • Oversee enterprise-wide IT service management processes, including incident and change management, while developing KPIs and monitoring performance
  • Manage vendor relationships and financial aspects of ITSM platforms, including budget planning and contract compliance


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
  • 10-15 years of experience in ITSM platforms with at least 5 years in leadership roles
  • ITIL v4 certification required; additional certifications in ServiceNow or related frameworks beneficial
  • Expertise in incident, problem, change/release, and knowledge management modules
  • Strong understanding of infrastructure and cloud platforms, along with hands-on experience in automation and reporting
