Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, IT Service Management (REMOTE).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead implementation and optimization of ServiceNow, ensuring alignment with business goals and data-driven adoption
- Oversee enterprise-wide IT service management processes, including incident and change management, while developing KPIs and monitoring performance
- Manage vendor relationships and financial aspects of ITSM platforms, including budget planning and contract compliance
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
- 10-15 years of experience in ITSM platforms with at least 5 years in leadership roles
- ITIL v4 certification required; additional certifications in ServiceNow or related frameworks beneficial
- Expertise in incident, problem, change/release, and knowledge management modules
- Strong understanding of infrastructure and cloud platforms, along with hands-on experience in automation and reporting
