IT Service Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Service Manager specializing in SharePoint and Service Now.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the delivery and engineering of Microsoft Office 365 collaboration services
• Support and maintain Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and related products including Power Platform
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and maintain service quality standards

Required Qualifications

• Active DOD Secret clearance
• Current IAT Level III Certification
• One of the following certifications: CASP+CE, CCNP Security, CISA, CISSP, GCED, GCIH, or CCSP
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related technical field
• 10-15 years of experience in delivery and engineering management
