IT Service Monitoring Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Service Monitoring and Reporting Specialist to support the U.S. Army Human Resources Command (HRC).

Key Responsibilities

• Perform continuous monitoring of IT services, systems, and infrastructure to ensure performance and security
• Generate and distribute performance reports and alerts to stakeholders, identifying trends and areas for improvement
• Lead planning and execution of Authorized Service Interruptions (ASIs) and maintain monitoring documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent experience
• Experience with enterprise IT monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Splunk, Dynatrace)
• Strong understanding of network performance monitoring and IT infrastructure
• Prior DoD or federal IT operations experience
• Must be able to obtain and maintain an active Secret clearance
