IT Service Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Service Operations Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage corporate password management, security awareness platforms, and Office 365 tenant
• Support liaison with managed service provider (MSP) and Valenz users
• Assist with IT procurement, review invoices, and maintain documentation

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in IT or a related business discipline
• Proficiency in managing Office 365 and Active Directory environments
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, detailed, deadline-driven environment
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, Business, or similar (preferred)
