IT Service Optimization Analyst
Job Summary
Working full-time in a remote capacity, the IT Service Optimization Analyst will lead continuous process improvement efforts, design and implement automation solutions, and enhance IT service operations through workflow optimization and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and support continuous process improvement initiatives, applying structured methodologies to optimize service workflows
- Design and implement automation and self-service solutions to enhance operational efficiency and service quality
- Analyze and redesign workflows to eliminate inefficiencies and reduce manual effort through automation and standardization
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Operations, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of three years' experience in process improvement, service optimization, operational analysis, or continuous improvement roles
- Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement training or certification preferred
