IT Service Standards Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Service Standards Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the administration and operations of ITSM modules including ticket, change, and configuration management
• Lead the development and enhancement of change and configuration management modules in collaboration with integrators
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and standards while tracking key performance indicators and managing audits

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Proficiency in ITSM tools such as SysAid, ServiceNow, or Jira
• Extensive knowledge of IT Change Management and Configuration Management best practices
• ITIL 4 Foundation certification is required
• Experience in ITSM process implementation and operational tool adoption
