IT Services Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Jr IT Services Analyst to support the Oracle Customer Care & Billing platform with a focus on Credit & Collections.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate and drive work tasks across three operating companies, ensuring alignment and timely delivery
• Perform triage and analysis of incoming work, identifying priorities and next steps
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to clarify requirements and translate them into actionable tasks

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in a Technical Business Analyst, IT Analyst, or similar role
• Basic SQL skills, including writing queries and data analysis
• Exposure to relational databases, preferably Oracle
• Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
