Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or Management; Master's degree preferred
• Ten years of related experience, including seven years in software development
• Five years of hands-on programming experience in database and data-driven applications
• High level knowledge of software development life cycle methodologies
• Experience in leadership and management roles
