Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Solution Analyst (License Entitlement Management).

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate license entitlement and contract data in ServiceNow SAM Pro
• Support software maintenance renewals by collaborating with sourcing and legal
• Analyze software usage and spend to identify cost savings and optimization opportunities

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of relevant experience in IT operations, SAM, licensing, or analytical roles
• Experience with ServiceNow SAM Pro, Flexera, or similar software asset management tools
• Strong understanding of software licensing models and entitlement management
• Proficiency in Excel and experience with Power BI for data analysis and presentation
• No specific degree or certifications required; equivalent experience is highly valued
