Key Responsibilities

• Deliver business outcomes by partnering with internal teams to understand and address service excellence needs
• Establish technology standards and provide expert advice on application design and system processes
• Analyze complex customer needs and support the research of new developments in systems and applications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Epidemiology, Computer Sciences, Process Engineering, Business, Healthcare, Information Systems, or a related field
• Four to seven years of experience in reporting and/or analytics in various sectors such as clinical or financial
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple complex projects independently
• Technical skills in SQL, SAS, Tableau, Excel, and clinical software applications
• Knowledge of cross-functional departments to provide relevant guidance and leadership
