IT Solution Architect - Hospital Billing

Job Summary

To support critical hospital billing operations, the full-time IT Solution Architect - Hospital Billing will manage technology-related business problems, develop business requirements, and lead project activities in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborates with IT leadership and business units to define business cases and requirements for technology solutions
• Leads project activities, providing technical direction to ensure compliance with design and quality standards
• Mentors IT team members on new systems and enhancements, facilitating skill development and knowledge transfer

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field
• At least 7 years of progressively responsible experience in information systems with technical or project management exposure
• Experience with Epic Hospital Billing, Claims/Denials Support, and Cash Management solutions
• Proven ability to analyze project portfolios and identify measurable outcomes
• Strong understanding of business strategy and the ability to articulate business value and technology integration
