IT Solution Delivery Manager

Job Summary

Leading a hybrid team, the full-time IT Solution Delivery Manager will manage IT teams to successfully deliver enterprise-wide projects, oversee system maintenance, and maintain relationships with business and technology partners.

Key responsibilities

• Lead an IT Solution Delivery team to ensure successful project delivery and manage multiple projects concurrently
• Architect solutions and collaborate on applications, maintaining application health and performance through architectural decisions
• Oversee vendor management and assist departments with strategic analysis to ensure quality and compliance in IT solutions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)
• 8+ years of experience in a related field, or 10+ years of experience in lieu of a degree
• Experience in managing IT projects and solutions delivery
• Proficiency in data integration and IT service management
• Strong leadership and people management skills
