IT Solutions Architect

Job Summary

Designing end-to-end technical solutions for GSA's internal HR systems, the full-time IT Solutions Architect will provide architectural leadership, evaluate technologies, and guide development teams through implementation in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design end-to-end technical solutions for complex HR system requirements
• Develop architectural blueprints, diagrams, and technical specifications
• Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture standards and best practices

Required qualifications

• US Citizen
• BA/BS in Computer Science or related field with 8-10 years of experience; OR MS with 6-8 years of experience
• Progressive experience in software development, engineering, or IT, including 3-5 years in an architectural or lead technical design role
• Full SDLC experience, including requirements, design, development oversight, testing, deployment, and support
• Broad technical exposure across multiple technologies, platforms, and methodologies
