IT Solutions Architect

Job Summary

Providing enterprise-level architectural leadership, the full-time IT Solutions Architect will drive technology strategy and establish architectural standards for GSA's internal HR systems in a fully remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Lead enterprise architecture strategy, governance, and long-term HR technology planning
• Develop architectural standards, patterns, and reference architectures for HR systems and integrations
• Guide technology selection and modernization roadmaps while advising senior leadership on strategic technology direction

Required qualifications

• US Citizen
• BA/BS plus 12 to 15+ years of progressive experience in software development, engineering, or IT; or equivalent experience with 5 to 7+ years in a lead, principal, or enterprise architect role
• Proven success in designing and overseeing complex, multisystem enterprise solutions
• Extensive leadership experience in driving technical strategy and guiding development and architecture teams
