IT Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Solutions Engineer to connect IT capabilities with business needs and implement scalable technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build relationships with stakeholders to understand their IT needs and strategic goals
• Lead the discovery, design, selection, and implementation of new IT systems and SaaS applications

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
• 5-7+ years of experience in IT systems administration/engineering combined with business analysis or solutions design
• Proven ability to support a remote organization and partner with business stakeholders for effective technical solutions
• Strong experience in designing, implementing, and managing SaaS applications and IT systems
• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, networking concepts, and security best practices in a cloud-first environment
