IT Solutions Implementation Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Solutions Implementation Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Install enterprise-grade software on servers and network devices
• Configure and integrate cloud services into customer networks
• Collaborate with clients' IT teams to optimize network infrastructure

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in an IT support or engineering role
• Professional IT certifications such as Microsoft MCITP, MCSA, MCSE, Cisco CCNA, or Net+
• Strong understanding of networking protocols including DNS, SNMP, SMTP, TCP/IP, UDP, HTTP/HTTPS, SSL, SMB, LDAP
• Proficiency with Microsoft Server and PC operating systems
• Experience with remote tools and IT ticketing systems
