IT Solutions Implementation Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Solutions Implementation Engineer to support a diverse range of organizations with cloud and server-based IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Install enterprise-grade software on servers and network devices for optimal performance and security
• Configure and integrate cloud services into customer networks
• Document implemented solutions and provide ongoing troubleshooting and support for existing systems

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in an IT support or engineering role
• Professional IT certifications such as Microsoft MCITP, MCSA, MCSE, Cisco CCNA, or Net+
• Strong understanding of networking protocols including DNS, SNMP, SMTP, TCP/IP, UDP, HTTP/HTTPS, SSL, SMB, and LDAP
• Proficiency with Microsoft Server and PC operating systems
• Experience with remote tools like Zoom, Teams, LogMeIn, VPN, and IT ticketing systems
