A company is looking for an IT Sourcer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilizing various sourcing strategies, platforms, and tools to identify and engage with potential IT candidates
• Conducting thorough candidate searches using boolean search techniques to effectively narrow down the candidate pool
• Evaluating resumes and conducting initial screenings to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for specific roles

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 months of experience as a Sourcer or in a similar role within the IT industry
• Proficiency in utilizing boolean search techniques and the ability to effectively compose boolean queries to enhance candidate search accuracy and efficiency
• Familiarity with various sourcing platforms and tools commonly used in the industry, including LinkedIn, professional networks, and job boards
• Sound knowledge of different IT roles, technologies, and terminologies, enabling efficient screening and matching of candidates to relevant positions
• A proactive mindset, coupled with a keen attention to detail, to ensure all sourcing activities are carried out meticulously and effectively
