IT Sourcing Analyst Lead

Job Summary

Leading end-to-end source selection activities, the full-time remote IT Strategic Sourcing Analyst Lead will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define requirements, develop sourcing strategies, and manage vendor selection processes to optimize procurement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate competitive sourcing events and negotiate commercial and contractual terms with suppliers
• Coordinate evaluations and provide strategic guidance throughout the procurement lifecycle
• Develop sourcing strategies that align with business objectives and technology strategy

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 9 years of related IT work experience in sourcing, contracts, or vendor relationships
• OR a Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline and at least 6 years of relevant IT work experience
• Strong experience managing RFx processes and leading Proof of Concepts for vendor selection
• Proven ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously with exceptional project management skills
• Experience with sourcing and procurement systems or processes such as Coupa, SAP, or ARIBA
