Job Summary
Seeking a results-driven IT Strategic Sourcing Specialist for a 100% remote, four-month contract position, responsible for leading sourcing activities, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring the adoption of technology solutions across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the single point of contact for supplier onboarding and the purchase order process, managing full-cycle adoption decisions
- Act as the Program Management Officer for pilots and new supplier onboarding, ensuring structured tracking and cross-functional alignment
- Negotiate complex supplier contracts and establish sourcing frameworks to optimize stakeholder engagement and value delivery
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT sourcing and procurement experience, particularly in technology categories
- Fluency in the SaaS/software supplier landscape is essential
- Proven experience managing sourcing pilots and adoption programs
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of structuring complex SaaS/software contracts
- Bachelor's degree is required; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus
