IT SOX Compliance Senior Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT SOX Compliance - Senior Analyst to oversee and coordinate IT-related Sarbanes-Oxley compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate communication and coordination between audit teams and control performers for effective SOX testing
• Assist in developing management action plans for identified deficiencies and monitor remediation progress
• Provide regular status updates on remediation commitments to stakeholders and manage control evidence collection

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in IT SOX compliance
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Accounting, Finance, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications preferred
• Strong understanding of IT general controls, application controls, and SOX 404 requirements
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as COSO, COBIT, or NIST
• Proficiency in Governance, Risk, and Compliance tools and software
