Job Summary
A company is looking for an IT Specialist - Hosting Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer environments, including database restores and scheduled task maintenance
- Automate systems using PowerShell scripting
- Troubleshoot network issues related to VPNs, firewalls, and routing
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of IT support or infrastructure experience in a hybrid or cloud-hosted environment
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, SQL Server, and PowerShell scripting
- Familiarity with VPN, firewall concepts, and general networking principles
- Ability to work independently and manage shifting priorities
