Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Specialist to provide proactive technical support and drive IT efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional remote technical support across various operating systems
• Identify IT improvement opportunities and lead projects from conception to completion
• Manage IT assets and vendor relationships, ensuring accurate stockkeeping and procurement

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in IT Helpdesk/Desktop Support, preferably in small to mid-sized teams
• Strong skills with Windows and macOS; Linux experience is a plus
• Proven ability to manage IT procurement and supplier relationships
• Willingness to be highly responsive during standard work hours and in emergencies
• Demonstrated passion for continuous learning and acquiring new technical skills independently
