Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Specialist to maintain and enhance its technology infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and support the organization's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and systems
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer systems, servers, and network devices
• Provide technical support to internal users and manage user accounts and access controls

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in IT support, systems administration, or infrastructure management
• Proficiency in managing Windows and/or Linux operating systems and network protocols
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, including firewalls and data privacy regulations
• Must be authorized to work in the US
