Job Summary
A company is looking for an IT Specialist to focus on Access Management and Ticket Resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage user accounts, including setup, modification, and deactivation
- Assist in diagnosing and resolving basic hardware or software issues
- Handle and resolve IT support tickets, prioritizing according to urgency
Qualifications:
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Basic knowledge of IT systems, networks, and software
- Familiarity with ticket resolution systems and processes is a plus
- Minimum 2 years in a professional IT environment
- Experience with Google Workspace and JIRA (Atlassian)
