Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Specialist to focus on Access Management and Ticket Resolution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage user accounts, including setup, modification, and deactivation
  • Assist in diagnosing and resolving basic hardware or software issues
  • Handle and resolve IT support tickets, prioritizing according to urgency
Qualifications:
  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Basic knowledge of IT systems, networks, and software
  • Familiarity with ticket resolution systems and processes is a plus
  • Minimum 2 years in a professional IT environment
  • Experience with Google Workspace and JIRA (Atlassian)
