Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Specialist to support and enhance internal technology systems.

Key Responsibilities

Configure, implement, and maintain internal SaaS platforms and productivity tools
Manage the company device fleet through an MDM platform
Build and maintain automated workflows for onboarding and access provisioning

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in IT administration or systems administration in a SaaS or technology company
Hands-on experience with identity and access management platforms
Experience managing a device fleet through an MDM platform
Scripting or automation experience in Python, Bash, or a comparable language
Working knowledge of HIPAA compliance requirements as they apply to IT systems
