Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Provide frontline technical support and resolve IT helpdesk tickets promptly
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues for remote employees
Set up and maintain employee workstations, laptops, and peripherals

Qualifications and Requirements

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience
2+ years of relevant work experience in a Service Desk or IT support role
IT certifications (CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation, or Microsoft Certified: Windows Server) preferred
Experience with endpoint management and remote support tools
Working knowledge of Windows, macOS, and mobile operating systems
