Job Summary
A company is looking for an IT Specialist (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide frontline technical support and resolve IT helpdesk tickets promptly
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues for remote employees
- Set up and maintain employee workstations, laptops, and peripherals
Qualifications and Requirements
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of relevant work experience in a Service Desk or IT support role
- IT certifications (CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation, or Microsoft Certified: Windows Server) preferred
- Experience with endpoint management and remote support tools
- Working knowledge of Windows, macOS, and mobile operating systems
