Provide Tier 1-2 support for macOS devices and SaaS applications

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience in IT support / Help Desk (Tier 1-2)
Strong experience in macOS environments
Hands-on experience with JumpCloud or similar IAM/MDM tools
Experience managing Google Workspace and SaaS tools
Solid understanding of SSO, MFA, and identity workflows
