Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Specialist II to provide remote operational support services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide remote telephone-based Call Center / Help Desk / Service Desk support services
  • Own, track, troubleshoot, and resolve IT incidents and service requests
  • Establish and maintain communication with technology customers regarding their requests
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in an IT Service/Help Desk support environment
  • Office 365 Support experience required
  • CompTIA A+ Certification required within 90 business days of hire
  • Public Trust Clearance eligibility as a US Citizen or Legal Permanent Resident for 3 years
