IT Specialist (Zoho Expert)

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Specialist (Zoho Expert).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer support for Zoho Expense and Zoho People, addressing inquiries and technical issues
• Develop technical expertise in Zoho applications and assist customers with troubleshooting and best practices
• Create training materials and facilitate sessions to enhance customer understanding of the applications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field preferred
• At least 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field, preferably in a software environment
• Demonstrated experience with Zoho Expense and Zoho People applications is required
• Proficient in using support ticketing systems and CRM tools
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
