IT Specialty Analyst

Job Summary

Responsible for day-to-day support and optimization of software applications, the full-time IT Specialty Analyst will analyze business needs, evaluate software releases, and provide recommendations for process optimization while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Support and optimize software applications through builds, upgrades, and system enhancements
• Perform workflow assessments to determine functional requirements and develop system test plans
• Manage problem, incident, and change management processes while providing daily on-call support

Required qualifications

• 3 years of relevant experience with a degree or 5+ years without a degree
• Experience in application support and optimization
• Ability to work independently with general supervision
• Strong understanding of business and clinical application needs
• Experience overseeing smaller-sized projects or components of projects
