IT Staff Engineer - AI Enablement

Job Summary

IT Staff Engineer - AI Enablement is a full-time position responsible for leading technical enablement for AI adoption, building automations, and integrating AI tools with internal systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy AI-enabled tools and workflows to enhance productivity
• Integrate AI tools with enterprise systems ensuring reliable interoperability
• Maintain and improve infrastructure for AI enablement, focusing on scalability and security

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of experience in IT engineering, systems engineering, or related roles
• Strong experience in designing and delivering internal tools and automations
• Proficiency in integrating enterprise systems and building API-driven services
• Experience with cloud infrastructure such as GCP or AWS and infrastructure-as-code frameworks like Terraform
