IT Strategy Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Strategic Programs Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate to design and maintain a multi-year strategic roadmap for the organization
• Lead the development of Technology Strategy board materials and facilitate strategy sessions
• Act as a subject matter expert and strategic partner to advise leadership on technology trends and strategic planning

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in IT or technology-related areas
• 5+ years in an advisory capacity, including IT consulting or project management
• Proven experience managing stakeholders and executing projects across multiple business functions
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, and foundational business principles
• Expertise in strategic partnering and change leadership within a cross-functional organization
