Partner with stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities and implement changes
Manage documentation and maintain training materials for the operating model

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
7 years of experience in IT or business operations, including 3 years in process design and improvement
Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
