Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Supervisor - Home Based.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the IT staff, including performance reviews and team development
• Manage project coordination, resource allocation, and ensure timely completion of IT service requests
• Facilitate training sessions and mentor team members to enhance technical and customer service skills

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, computer science, business, informatics, or related field with three years of relevant experience, or a high school diploma with seven years of experience
• Additional certification may be required, with training provided by the organization
• Experience in supporting daily operations within an IT department
• Advanced skills in specialized analysis and reporting tools, such as SQL and Excel macros
• Proven track record of performing HR-related supervisory functions and managing team dynamics
