Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor IT - Operational Reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of IT professionals and oversee technical and administrative functions
• Maintain hands-on responsibility for technology processes, tools, and system performance
• Collaborate across departments to support enterprise goals and implement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in IT or related field
• Four to six years of strong technical knowledge of common network, server, and/or PC operating systems
• Extensive application support experience with core enterprise/divisional clinical and/or business applications
• Understanding of human resource management principles, practices, and procedures
• Technical certifications in relevant domains are preferred
