IT Supply Chain Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the IT Supply Chain Analyst will develop requirements and design documentation, manage application configuration and testing strategies, and provide business analysis and support services for both non-production and production environments.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with user communities to document business requirements and translate them into software components and rules
• Provide business analysis and support services, including troubleshooting and implementation of system fixes and enhancements
• Participate in team retrospectives and lead initiatives for continuous improvement and knowledge sharing

Required qualifications

• Associate's degree in a related discipline with 1 year of relevant experience; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience in higher education, medical, technical, or healthcare settings is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office collaboration tools and familiarity with project management methodologies, including Agile
• Ability to provide after-hours on-call support
• Knowledge of regulations such as HIPAA and JCAHO is preferred
